Cullins was last seen driving her red 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee at approximately 11:52 a.m. on August 2, 2003 near the 600 block of Mayland Avenue. Her mother spoke to her at 7:00 p.m. that evening, and she has not been heard from since. Her car was later located at an apartment complex near Clubhouse Drive East in Decatur, Georgia. Dee Dee is described as 5’6” tall with black hair and brown eyes. At the time of her disappearance, her hair was colored light brown. Briana Winston’s family reported her missing on April 1, the Clayton County Police Department said. The family went to her apartment and found that Michale Edwards, her live-in boyfriend and father of her 4-year-old child, had completely cleaned out their apartment, according to police.
